Order processing

In-stock orders are prepared within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces show their estimated lead time on the product page. During launches and holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping rates and delivery

Available services, rates and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once the carrier accepts the parcel and are not guaranteed.

International orders

Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise. Refused international deliveries may be reduced by return costs and non-refundable duties.

Lost or damaged parcels

Please inspect your order promptly and contact us through our Contact page within five days if a parcel is missing or arrives damaged. Include the order number and photographs so we can assist.
