Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition and packaging. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions.

Non-returnable pieces

Custom-sized curtains, cut fabric, made-to-order items, gift cards and final-sale pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect, defective or damaged. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Financial institutions may require 5–10 business days to post the credit.
